GLIMSTEDT represented MFD Healthcare group owner LLC “Dziedniecība” during the purchase of Latvian American Eye Center in which LLC “Dziedniecība” became the sole owner. So far the owner of Latvian American Eye Center was The John J.McDermott 2010 Revocable Trust.
Since 1992 health care institution LLC “Dziedniecība” together with MFD Healthcare Group provides various health diagnostics and care services in Latvia. Latvian American Eye Center is the first and unique model of a private eye clinic in the Baltic States, which was founded on 1993.
During the companies purchase process GLIMSTEDT managing partner, attorney-at-law Aldis Kalinks and lawyer Roberts Ginters provided legal support to LLC “Dziedniecība” during all preparation and realization stages of the transaction.
